Nominate a Fellow

What are we looking for?

We're looking for emerging cultural leaders who are already doing strong work and are ready for a bigger challenge.

The Fellowship is cross-sector, drawing on Imogen's own career spanning dance, theatre, producing and the fringe.

There is no upper age limit. We care more about a person's leadership potential and their readiness for the next step than their age.

What is in the nomination form?

The form will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

Please note the form cannot be saved. Please complete it in one go. If you need to gather information first, please do so and come back when you're ready.

The form comprises three steps plus a review.

STEP 1

Your details & the nominee's details.

Your name, email, and contact info. The nominee's name, email, current role, and your relationship to them.

STEP 2

Your case for nomination. You can either write or record and upload audio or video.

Two short questions about the nominee: Why them and why now? (max 600 words if writing) What kind of leader are they becoming? (max 250 words if writing) Aim for 3-6 minutes effort in answer to each. Or you can request a phone call instead.

STEP 3

Supporting evidence & preferences

Optional file uploads or links to their work. Your preferred contact format and any access needs.

STEP 4

Review & submit

Check everything looks right, then submit.

Have ready before you start

Your own name and email address
The nominee's name, email, and current role
A sense of why they're ready for this – rough notes are fine
Optional: links to the nominee's work or a file to upload to support your nomination.

I am nominating someone other than myself. Self-nominations are not accepted — but you can ask a colleague or peer to nominate you.

I have spoken to the person I'm nominating and they have given their permission to be nominated, including for me to share their email address.

I understand the form cannot be saved and must be completed in one go. I have set aside 15-20 minutes.

I believe this person I am nominating meets the Fellowship criteria.

I understand that nomination is not a guarantee of a place - it's an invitation for the nominee to be considered.
